India's diverse flora gives its honey a remarkable range — multi-flora apiary honey from the mustard and sunflower belts of the north, Jamun and Litchi honey from the orchard states, and prized wild forest honey gathered by tribal collectors from the Western Ghats and the Sundarbans. Every batch is tested for moisture, sucrose, HMF and C4 sugar adulteration, with NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance) testing available for buyers who need the gold-standard adulteration proof demanded by EU and US retail chains. Honey is packed in food-grade 290 kg steel drums with food-liner, 50 kg HDPE carboys, or glass and PET retail jars under buyer private labels.
